    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    Handling all Cash & Credit Transactions

    • Making of Cash Invoices & Credit Invoices for Cash & Credit transactions respectively.
    • Cash Reconciliation – to ensure that Cash is intact and daily reconciliation is completed.
    • Should take care of petty cash in the showroom & is also responsible for the settlement of the same.
    • Responsible in depositing the Cash & Checks collected during the day.
    • Settlement of Credit card charge slips on a daily basis.

     

    Proper Documentation and filing of all circulars

    • Bank , Visa & Credit Transactions 
    • Group/Company/Individual credit files

     

    Stock transfer documentation

    • Responsible in coordinating for the transfer of stock (in & out) & the delivery of the same from the showroom to the customer

     

    Others

    • Responsible for Cost control measures, no wastage of stationery by doing wrong billing, or erroneous billing.
    • All customers must be Greeted by following a Customer service sequence:
    1. Greet the customer.
    2. Ask customer whether paying by Cash, Card or Coupon Redemption / Air miles, Mashreq card, etc.
    3. Re-confirm the payment option.
    4. Accept the payment and provide receipt immediately.
    5. Thank the customer and ask to visit us again
